New to the Balisong

Hello everyone!

I am new to the Balisong and am excited to learn how to start flipping...I just ordered a Benchmade 62T...was this a good purchase for a beginner?

welcome aboard. A 62T is a quality knife. It is not the best flipper out there, but I would say it is the best trainer currently for sale(hom is putting out a trainer very soon). Its gonna be heavy, but that can be good and strengthen up your fingers. You shouldn't have any problems learning on it.

Hey siler,
You can get a BM42 clone from dhgate.com. I ordered one recently, they have a few different options as far as serrated and things like that. They also have trainers on there. All of these are going to be coming from china so you will need to expect 10-30 days for shipping.
