Definitely my friend's alpha beast, or perhaps 42, seeing as how crazy the prices are lately

My AB!!

Just started flipping? Hard to find decent Balis in the $30-$60 range? The Search Ends Here!

Don't hold out for a BM42! Take that $400+ you are planning on spending and go get in line for an Alpha Beast! You won't be disaponted!

I have a DDR Holy Moley that's supposed to retail for about $450. It's alright, but it's blade heavy and the bearings can be a little weird to flip with. I prefer a 51 over my HM. It's mainly a collection piece.

The Alpha Beast with a BM 42 close behind that. Then a Tach II.
Mom told me not to run with scissors, but she never said I couldn't play with knives.

sadly, in jersey there is nowhere to go to flip, and anything i want to flip i have to buy first :(
that being said, the most expensive thing i flipped was a BM51, and i hated it compared to my K4

by the way, anyone know what a DDR v8 venturi bayonet retails for?

You'd take a Kimmy over a 51? That's unusual, kimmies are heavy and really stocky. Save your money and get an Alpha Beast, you'll be glad you did.

honestly, the 51 was just way too light. id be flipping at supersonic speeds and completely lose track of the move, which would result in me getting a nice cut for my collection. the alpha beast, its that good compared to a tach 2?

It's better than a Tach 2. I've flipped both and the AB outperforms it on every level.

The BM42 for me. Don't even know what they are worth anymore, all I know is that it was $200 when I bought it and it's more than that now. That being said, every other knife I've flipped is definitely classified as CCC.
