It's what I like to call "Flirling", which can be seen a few places in the middle of some of my old videos.

Here's a video describing what can happen when you "Flirl": http://youtu.be/ty9QSiVC2g0 It's all gyroscopic precession. Becoming familiar with it can make for some vary unusual balisong manipulations. Have fun!

EDIT: Here's a video of me "Flirling" http://youtu.be/JwYwQvuYrGI

EDIT #2: Best done while drunk.

I noticed that in your videos.
I've tried to copy it, but it just doesn't look as smooth

You've got to "let go" of your hands and let it happen. When you're just beginning an inter-finger-twirl, think about kicking it outward with another finger to make it spin. After a while, you'll "get it".
