Wrist Passing problems

I've had problems for the longest while now, with learning how to properly wrist pass. I can't seem to get the technique down.

Does anyone have any pointers, or am I just going to have to learn through trial by blood?

Re: Wrist Passing problems

Its probably gonna be hard to explain without a visual, but ill give it a shot. When the blade is coming towards your hand, move your hand down a little bit. It will slow the blade down and give you a little bit more time to pass the blade and other handle.
If you watch the slow motion on this video you can see what im talking about. http://www.youtube.com/watch?annotation ... IBnNCGfmOg

You need to put the knife down before you hurt yourself, think about what you want the knife to do, do it slowly, and build up speed.
