Bear and sons 114 rehandling

I am going to take my broken 114 and make the blade into a tanto and make a new set of handles out of sheat steal. I will post pics as i do it and say what i did. I hope that it will work or so i can flip somthing. If you have any tips tell me.Hope to be done in less then a week.

i rounded off the spine of the blade too.

I changed my mind. By the time I would finsh i would have a new one. So now i am going to make it into a fix blade(i am still going to post pictures). I am going to make my own handles out of wood and i am going to keep the tanto blade. New hunting knife:)

it will be a pretty weak fixed blade you would be better off making a simple folder out of it.
