Nice tutorial, it is indeed a fun move to do.

Thanks Slaver. Lately I've been looking into some of the oldschool twirls and ricochet type tricks. I just got tired of doing the same old rollovers, behind the 8-ball, helix, etc.
There's some really good twirl and ricochet moves on TheBlasto's channel. Trying to decipher some of his combos currently.

all my respect for this trick.....to go more far...the finger twirl of Imada is really great. furthermore if you do, Imada finger twirl an continued with a full twirl, you have a part of blasto work....and more with the twirl ricochet of the blasto....
Twirling is a part of the flipp, don 't forget this flipping part....( Imada + Brennan + Clay = Blasto.....this is the good equation, with a fucking good solution )

Thanks GreG, that means a lot to me that you like my tutorial.
I have been looking into some of the twirl techniques lately. It is all part of my efforts to learn Murnax's ladder. I figure if I just practice a bunch of twirling moves that will help me eventually learn the ladder, which after all is just an upward four finger twirl.

Thanks Looseyfur, you're one of the people that encouraged me to go in the right direction. I'm glad you and GreG liked the tutorial, when I first made it I didn't know what people would think of it. Maybe I'll make another in a few weeks or so.

Murnax ladder is quite a bit different than regular twirling IMO.

I don't know what you mean by regular twirling, though I agree that it's different from the types of two and three finger twirls that are most commonly done. I've been practicing doing some things that I feel will lead to the ultimate goal of learning the ladder. For instance, drumstick twirling. I know twirling drumsticks was made fun of a bit in the "flipping everything else" subforum, but have you seen the routines of "The Berzh"?
