I like compilation challenges like these, especially for a FATOC tiebreaker. They let flippers showcase all of their talents.
BJ, nice work. You had a lot of good stuff going on but I have one critique that has nothing to do with your flipping. Be careful when you're doing your video effects. It can look cool to have it all black and white, but in your videos the blade disappears a lot, making it more confusing to follow what you're doing. I'd suggest more lights with more angles, that way the blade will never be in a shadow.
Went with Sylum on this challenge. His stuff had a higher level of difficulty, namely in those aerials. I liked how you were able to switch styles of moves (ie twirling routine to rollover routine to power aerial) without hesitation within your routines, giving them lots of variety. The no hesitation power aerials are also very impressive. One critique, sometimes it seems like you have more control with your power aerials than your mini aerials, which were going all over the place. Might want to work on that.
And I have to know...what was the song you used? I want it. I'm a sucker for anything Zelda related and the dubstep made it that much better.
